Management Methodology

Chameleon operates all Federal Programs as the prime contractor under a Program Management Office (PMO) model. This includes understanding our customers’ requirements and proactively engaging the right resource at the right time. We seek out opportunities to improve the Programs we support through reduced costs and operational or technological efficiencies while leveraging existing Government investments in resources and technology. Our PMO model is a documented, structured, and proven approach to managing Government programs on-time, on-budget, and within service levels expected of Federal agency customers. Accountability is the theme of the Chameleon PMO model, driven by Chameleon Senior Management and communicated to all Team Chameleon and Government stakeholders of what expectations are and what actions will be taken if expectations are not met. The Chameleon PMO model is a highly structured approach to managing your Program for better efficiencies and control, that:

  • Assigns key Chameleon stakeholders responsible for managing the Program
  • Establishes Standard Operating Procedures for all assigned personnel
  • Considers security guidelines of each agency
  • Leverages existing Government investments in systems
  • Captures metrics on Program performance to establish baselines
  • Assigns Quality Assurance Managers to monitor performance against SLA/KPI
  • Trends metrics to determine areas for improvement
  • Proposes solutions for operational efficiencies and/or cost savings
  • Empowers the Government COR and KO with near real-time situational awareness
  • Provides the Government COR and KO with a high degree of confidence

structure including DCAA-compliant estimating and accounting
systems and Department of Labor-approved Recruiting
