Bar and Operations Manager At the Barnett on Washington, the Bar and Operations manager is tasked with managing bar resources, employees, creating and maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests. Program Manager Serves as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system) and shall assist the Chief Operating Officer and Contracting Specialist in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Responsible for the overall management of the contractual deliverables and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Serves as the company authorized interface with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR). Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel. Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or Business Administration and 8 years of IT experience. 2 years of additional IT experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education.
