Overview: This position will support the Audio Video, Move, and LRA duties at DISA Global. The AV/Move/LRA support team will support the IT team's initiative to maintain a high level of system availability. They will work tickets that are escalated to their group. They provide a quality customer experience, vulnerability mitigation and documentation, network security investigations/forensics, biweekly Change Advisory Board participation, attend weekly teleconferences, incident escalation, and tracking trouble tickets via GTMS and/or ITSM. Cleaning includes dusting and vacuuming monitors, desktop, computer equipment, and computer equipment cabinets. Cable management includes proper labeling and organization of cables in a way that promotes an orderly and functional workspace. *Responsible for completing room setup for these meeting/conferences/town hall meetings/training classes. Setup shall include configuring and testing all A/V aspects of the event (phones, VTC, audio, network connectivity, etc.). *Furniture moves (tables, chairs, podiums, risers, etc.). *Responsible to move IT equipment as DISA Global personnel and seating requirements change. Bar and Operations Manager At the Barnett on Washington, the Bar and Operations manager is tasked with managing bar resources, employees, creating and maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests. In this position, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and directing bar staff while ensuring the bar is well stocked and running smoothly during events. Responsibilities and Duties bull; Management of liquor, beer, and wine inventory monthly bull; Responsible for ordering liquor, beer, and wine for events bull; Hiring, training, and managing bar staff. Program Manager Serves as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system) and shall assist the Chief Operating Officer and Contracting Specialist in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Responsible for the overall management of the contractual deliverables and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Serves as the company authorized interface with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR). Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel. Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or Business Administration and 8 years of IT experience. 2 years of additional IT experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education. Experience managing a team of 50-100 direct reports.
