Chameleon has 2 Main Contract Vehicles that we use to bid and Win our contracts:

A. GSA STARS II GWAC – Contract # GS-06F-1096Z : A Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a pre-competed, multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that agencies can use to buy total IT solutions.

GSA STARS II is a Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) services and IT services- based solutions which may include the integration of ancillary support which is necessary and integral to the IT services being acquired. STARS II is reserved for qualifying Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) prime contractors with competitive prices.

The 8(a) STARS II GWAC offers access to highly qualified, certified 8(a) small disadvantaged businesses. The contract has a $10 billion program ceiling with a five-year base period and one five-year option.

B. SCH 70 Contract
# GS-35F-0192X: is a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract for commercial IT products/services that are available to federal agencies worldwide. It is one of the largest contracts in government used by agencies to purchase technology products and services.

IT Schedule 70 delivers federal, state, and local customer agencies the tools and expertise needed to shorten procurement cycles, ensure compliance, and obtain the best value for innovative technology products, services, and solutions .

With more than 7.5 million products and services from over 4,600 pre-vetted vendors, federal agencies, as well as civilian, state and local organizations, continue to maximize budgets and reduce buying cycles by up to 50 percent over open market.
